To apply the tattoos, simply choose a clean, dry area of skin, cut out the tattoo, remove the top film, place the design facing down on the skin, press with a wet towel or sponge, and peel off the paper backing after 10 seconds. To remove the tattoo, use olive oil, baby oil, nail polish remover, rubbing alcohol, or adhesive tape.
